This policy explains what personal data Jean-François Laprise ("Brickyard", "we") collects when you use Brickyard at https://brickyard.website, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we only collect what we need to run the marketplace, and we never sell your data.

1. What we collect

From Roblox, when you sign in

We use "Log in with Roblox" (OAuth) with the openid and profile permissions only. Roblox gives us:

Things you give us

Things we collect automatically

We store one setting in your browser: the display currency you picked.

3. Who can see it

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. We only share it with:

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing support.brickyard@gmail.com from a way we can confirm is you (for example, a message from your Brickyard account in a deal room). We'll answer within 30 days. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and listings, but we may keep records of completed deals where the law requires it. You can also withdraw your consent, ask how a decision about you was made, or ask that your information stop being shared.

Quebec residents: under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), the person in charge of protecting personal information at Brickyard is Jean-François Laprise, reachable at support.brickyard@gmail.com. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. Residents of other places may also complain to their own data protection authority.

Where your data is stored: our hosting provider (Railway) and Roblox may store data outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to Quebec law.

Privacy incidents: if a data breach could seriously harm you, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information as required by law.

7. Children

Brickyard is meant for adults. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. We don't knowingly collect more data from children than Roblox sign-in provides. If you think a child has used Brickyard without permission, contact us and we'll remove their data.
